CAUSE Marketing was founded by Leah Carter, a Canadian serial entrepreneur, business advisor, and systems builder who knows what it means to start from nothing and build something that lasts.
Leah has built and scaled multiple businesses—working alongside solopreneurs, startups, nonprofits, and national organizations. Along the way, she learned a simple truth: good work doesn’t sell itself.

That’s why Leah built CAUSE—to bring together what most businesses are missing: affordable, clear strategy, the right marketing systems, and consistent execution, led by experts who actually understand the Canadian market.

CAUSE is fundraising to open the first House of Her—a modern transitional home for women and children who need a safe place to rebuild. It’s designed to go beyond shelter, combining stability with empowerment, entrepreneurial training, mentorship, and a path to financial freedom and independence.
10% of all CAUSE revenue goes toward this initiative to help women rebuild their lives through confidence-building support, entrepreneurial education, and guided mentorship. As we grow, we reinvest—creating more access to training, resources, and real opportunity.
We also help businesses strengthen their day-to-day impact through Good Brand Toolkits and training, developed with ECOCAUSE —so doing good goes beyond marketing and into operations.
