These Terms of Service govern your use of the CAUSE Marketing Agency website, online booking system, payment portal, client portal, and all services provided by CAUSE Marketing Agency Inc.

By using our website, booking a consultation, purchasing services, or engaging with CAUSE Marketing Agency, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Specific deliverables are outlined in your proposal, invoice, or Statement of Work.

2. Consultations & Online Booking

Appointments may be booked through our website.

By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make decisions on behalf of your business where applicable.

Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.

3. Payments

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Projects requiring a deposit will begin once payment has been received.

Recurring services will be billed according to your service agreement.

4. No Refund Policy

Because our services involve customized strategy, consulting, implementation, and professional expertise, all payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Our Service Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our work.

We guarantee that the deliverables outlined in your proposal, invoice, or Statement of Work will be completed according to the agreed scope.

If an agreed deliverable has not been completed as promised, we will correct it at no additional cost.

Our guarantee applies to the completion of agreed deliverables only. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, website traffic, leads, appointments, sales, or revenue, as these outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to the information, systems, accounts, and approvals reasonably required to deliver services.

Delays in providing requested information or approvals may affect project timelines.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide any content, customer information, or platform access necessary for CAUSE to perform the agreed services.

7. Email, Telephone & SMS Communications

By submitting your information through our website, booking a consultation, requesting information, downloading resources, or becoming a client, you consent to receive communications from CAUSE Marketing Agency by email, telephone, and SMS where you have provided your consent.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carrier delays or undelivered messages are outside our control.

8. Third-Party Services

CAUSE utilizes trusted third-party providers for payment processing, appointment scheduling, CRM and marketing automation, analytics, communications, cloud storage, AI-assisted services, and other business operations.

CAUSE is not responsible for interruptions, outages, or policy changes affecting these third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, educational materials, software configurations, and systems developed by CAUSE remain the intellectual property of CAUSE Marketing Agency.

Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the completed deliverables created specifically for their business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAUSE Marketing Agency’s total liability arising from any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

CAUSE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
