Your Path to Becoming a MarketingPRO
Share your marketing experience, strengths, and goals.
Time: 15–20 minutes.
If approved, complete one or more marketing assessments.
Time: 30–60 minutes each.
Our signature business training provides the mindset and tools to help you build confidence and succeed long-term.
Time: Ongoing
Learn the CAUSE consulting framework, expectations, tools, and AI PRO platform.
Time: 3.5 hours.
Our team will match you with clients based on your skills, strengths, and availability.

Do I need to manage client invoices or billing?
Is there a time commitment?
Minimum 15 hours a month required.
We recommend at least 40 hours of availability per month so you can start as a side hustle and grow it to be your full time six figure business.
How long until I get my first client?
It varies. Many MarketingPROs get matched within 1–3 weeks; others take longer based on skills and availability.
Is work guaranteed?
We cannot guarantee a specific number of clients, but our team actively works to match consultants with the right opportunities based on their skills.
What if I need time off?
Just communicate with your client and the CAUSE team at least two weeks in advance.
We’ll help manage coverage if needed.
Am I an employee?
No — you are an independent contractor building your own marketing consulting business.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 1–3 weeks depending on your responsiveness and completion of the training steps.
Do I need a marketing degree?
Yes — a marketing-related degree or proven professional experience is required.
This is a consultant and growth partner role, not an assistant position.
What are the most important skills?
Communication and leadership.
You guide clients, support decisions, and help shape their marketing direction — all remotely.

Your earning potential depends entirely on the number of client hours you choose to take on each month.
