How do I cancel my MarketingPRO service?
You can cancel your service with 30 days’ written notice. This gives you flexibility while allowing us to properly manage your MarketingPRO’s schedule and client commitments.
Can I change the number of hours I need?
Yes. MarketingPRO is designed to grow and change with your business. Monthly packages start at 20 hours, and you can adjust your level of support as your marketing needs change.
Do unused MarketingPRO hours roll over?
No. Your monthly hours are reserved specifically for your business and do not roll over. Your Account Manager will help ensure your hours are being fully used and, if not, recommend adjusting your package so you’re only paying for the level of support you need.
What if I’m not happy with my MarketingPRO?
Your satisfaction matters. Every MarketingPRO is carefully selected, trained and supported by CAUSE Marketing Agency, and your Account Manager is there to make sure the relationship is working well.
